Sr User Experience DesignerWe are seeking a seasoned UI designer to join our design team in an on-demand capacity.This position supports overflow project work, ad hoc design needs, and team coverage during PTO.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic, high-impact design initiatives, supporting active design projects as needed during staff PTO and overflow periods.Key Responsibilities: Define and implement visual direction for project rollouts.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.Advocate for user-centered design principles with clients and stakeholders.Contribute to the strategic vision of the user experience.Additional responsibilities include leading design reviews, participating in project planning and scoping activities, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and developer specifications.You will also conduct user research and analyze user feedback, ensuring designs are accessible and adhere to WCAG and usability standards.
