**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Execute global recruiting strategies with a focus on Latin America (LatAm)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and requirements
- Assist in improving recruitment strategies and tools for efficiency
**Software/Platforms/Tools**:
- Manatal (ATS)
- Google Suite
- Linkedin
- Slack
- Asana
- Zoom
- Online job portals
**Qualifications**:
- ** Must be based in Brazil or any Latin American country**
- ** At least 3-5 years of freelancing and recruitment experience**
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
- Comfortable working reactively on time-sensitive tasks, yet also highly proactive
- Proficient in using tech tools and platforms to streamline tasks
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to quickly learn and implement new tools and platforms
**Shift Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 4-6 hours per day hours per week), Brazil Time
