About the CompanyThis range is provided by Parikh Financial.Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Our client is a U.S.-based 3D design software company that revolutionized the outdoor living and pool design industry — powering over 2 million projects each year and trusted by nearly every major player in the market.They've been leading their niche for over 20 years, changing how professionals visualize, sell, and execute outdoor living designs.Now, they're taking the next leap: building an AI-powered layer that will redefine what's possible in 3D rendering and visualization.This is your chance to join a highly senior, stable team where engineers stay for 8+ years on average, ship code fast, and work directly with founders — no bureaucracy, no micromanagement, just meaningful, high-level engineering.The RoleSenior Python AI Engineer to join their core team and lead development of AI image generation systems.You'll build and maintain the backend that powers their next-generation rendering pipeline — developing, fine-tuning, and deploying models that turn 3D renders into photorealistic images.This is a pure engineering role — no front-end, no management.You'll focus on code, models, and experimentation while collaborating directly with a world-class technical team.?? What You'll DoBuild and maintain a Python backend for AI-powered image generation.Integrate with leading generative AI APIs (Diffusion, Transformers, LoRA fine-tuning).Manage datasets for fine-tuning and training image models.Own prompt engineering workflows and optimization.Experiment with LoRA/DreamBooth to adapt models to proprietary data.Scale infrastructure to handle thousands of daily render requests.Collaborate directly with senior engineers and founders to iterate and ship fast.Who You Are5+ years of experience coding in Python for production systems.Hands-on experience with generative AI frameworks (Diffusion, Transformers, LoRA, DreamBooth).Proven experience fine-tuning image models and building APIs around them.Experience using providers like Hugging Face, Stability AI, Replicate, or Flux.Strong fundamentals in data pipelines, optimization, and scaling inference workloads.Curious, independent, and genuinely passionate about GenAI and visual systems.Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with founders and senior peers.? Nice-to-HavesExperience in creative industries, VFX, or AI-assisted design.Background in 3D software (Blender, Unreal, CAD).Familiarity with GPU cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
