Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced global team.The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, administrative support, or junior project management.Main Responsibilities:Team Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.Customer Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM systems.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Audit and Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Respond professionally to client inquiries and escalate when necessary.Data Analysis and Reporting: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Sales Material Creation: Assist in creating sales materials for client meetings.Administrative Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Attention to detail – accuracy in SOP's, reporting, and documentation.Organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptability and flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company environment.Experience in sales administration or operations support (desired).Familiarity with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar software.Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Benefits and Perks:$1,000-$1,500 monthly salary.36 days of paid time off per year.100% remote work – work from anywhere in the world.Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.
