Job Responsibilities Responsible for the strategic planning of senior executives' schedules, coordination of meetings and efficient time management, capable of dynamically adjusting priorities to ensure that focus on mission-critical initiatives.
Communicate executive arrangements; handle daily administrative tasks including document signing, approval reminders, and expense reimbursements; manage the use of credentials and official seals.
Arrange business travel with comprehensive itinerary support; provide on-site accompaniment for domestic and international assignments when required, ensuring seamless mobility experience through optimized resource allocation.
Coordinate executive involvement in critical internal/external meetings and strategic activities; drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Proactively conduct mission-critical project investigations and intelligence analysis under requirements, generating actionable insights to empower strategic decisions.
Complete other mission-critical assignments delegated by senior management.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above.
Recent graduates with exceptional potential are encouraged to apply.
Openness to international assignments and frequent global travel.
Fluent in English with excellent business communication skills; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in time optimization and concurrent task management, while maintaining a collaborative mindset with resilience to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, adept at cross-departmental coordination and persuasive communication.
Service-oriented professional with unwavering integrity, emotional intelligence, and strict confidentiality awareness.
Foundational knowledge or demonstrated interest in HR practices preferred.
