I'm helping RMD International Group find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Blockchain / Tokenization Engineering Manager Director.You will lead blockchain innovation, securing scalable De Fi solutions and shaping the future of decentralized finance.Compensation:USD 70 K - 90 K/year.Location:Remote (for residents of Brazil, Canada, and India).Mission of RMD International Group:" At RIG Global Consulting, we stand out as the premier choice for startups and small businesses seeking professional, reliable, and compliant operations support without the burden of full-time executive hires."What makes you a strong candidate: You have +7 years experience in Software engineering.You are proficient in IT project management, fintech development and Infrastructure as code (Ia C)English - ConversationalResponsibilities and more:Blockchain / Tokenization Engineering Manager DirectorRemote (for residents of Brazil, Canada, and India).Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Blockchain Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of software engineers.This role is responsible for driving execution, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers reliable, scalable, and high-quality products aligned with the company's goals.Execution and DeliveryOversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.Partner with the CTO and Product Manager to translate product roadmaps into engineering execution plans.Manage delivery timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to ensure on-time releases.Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring team productivity and alignment.Performance and ImprovementEstablish and enforce engineering best practices across code quality, smart contract security, and infrastructure reliability.Ensure scalability, security, and performance in blockchain and microservice-based environments.Drive the adoption of modern Dev Ops practices, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and De Fi developments to guide innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of software development experience, including 6+ years in an engineering leadership or management role.Familiarity with blockchains such as Ethereum and other blockchains.Familiarity with De Fi trading is a plus.Software engineering background in frontend and backend services development.Understanding of microservice architecture and cloud-based deployments.Experience with modern software development practices such as infrastructure as code, test automation, CI/CD, and containerization.Proven success leading technical teams through the full product lifecycle in Agile or startup environments.Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to balance technical depth with people management and cross-functional alignment.We are committed to providing equal opportunity for qualified applicants to contract positions, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.This is a contract opportunity, not a direct employment role.
