Job Title: IT Support ProfessionalAbout the Role:We seek a skilled and experienced IT support professional to join our team.As an onsite IT support engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services to our infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Provide onsite IT support, including network and hardware troubleshootingWork with network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points (preferably Cisco, Riverbed)Assign switch ports to VLANs and patch phone ports as neededTroubleshoot Avaya VoIP phones and perform basic configurationsDiagnose and coordinate resolution for fiber link issues and switch chassis replacementsPerform regular IDF room checks (minimum twice weekly) for cooling, UPS alarms, and PDU healthSupport data center and network administrators during technical troubleshootingMonitor systems using tools like SolarWinds, Control-M, and EMC Avamar/Data DomainManage and maintain servers, storage devices, and perform performance monitoringUtilize ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow) for incident and service managementEnsure compliance with SLA-based support requirementsThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project in Jundiaí.You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Strong fundamentals in networking, server management, and IT infrastructure operationsExperience working with network devices, switches, routers, and wireless access pointsKnowledge of Avaya VoIP phones and troubleshootingFamiliarity with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNowAbility to diagnose and resolve complex technical issuesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsThis role offers a chance to work on a challenging project and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.
