About UsWe are a global climate technologies company engineered for sustainability.We create sustainable and efficient residential commercial and industrial spaces through HVACR technologies.We protect temperature-sensitive goods throughout the cold chain.And we bring comfort to people globally.Best-in-class engineering design and manufacturing combined with category-leading brands in compression controls software and monitoring solutions result in next-generation climate technology that is built for the needs of the world ahead.Whether you are a professional looking for a career change an undergraduate student exploring your first opportunity or recent graduate with an advanced degree we have opportunities that will allow you to innovate be challenged and make an impact.Join our team and start your journey todayOverall Description of PositionThe Project Manager will support Copeland Latin America with the execution and coordination of key facilities and operations-related projects across Argentina Brazil and Mexico.These projects include office relocations vehicle fleet replacement and other corporate infrastructure initiatives.This role will work closely with internal stakeholders real estate teams procurement and external suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and according to company standards.The ideal candidate will have an engineering background solid knowledge of project management methodologies and practical experience in civil construction and facilities coordination.The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing and monitoring projects managing vendor relationships aligning with business needs and reporting progress to senior leadership.This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe efficient and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining business continuity.Major Duties / ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to :Lead and coordinate end-to-end project management for office relocations and fleet changes across LATAM.Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure consistent execution.Engage and manage external vendors and contractors for construction moving services and fleet procurement.Oversee civil construction activities related to office modifications or new site preparation.Ensure compliance with local regulations company policies and safety standards.Collaborate with Finance HR IT and Operations teams to manage project dependencies and minimize disruptions.Identify and resolve project risks issues and changes in scope.Regularly report project status milestones and budget performance to leadership.Support procurement processes and vendor evaluations for relevant projects.Drive standardization and continuous improvement in project execution across countries.Support other corporate initiatives or capital projects as assigned.Minimum Education / Knowledge RequiredBachelors degree in engineering (Civil Industrial or related fields).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Project).Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project Smartsheet or equivalent).Understanding of civil works facility infrastructure and local regulatory requirements.Experience / Skills Required5 years of experience in project management preferably in facility and infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction facilities and vendor management.Experience working with cross-functional and cross-country teams.Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written);
