Designing Seamless ExperiencesWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design processes.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering intuitive, scalable product experiences in fast-paced startup environments.About the RoleYou will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;Maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design;The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design processes from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;Partner with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives;Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced startup environment;Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric digital experiences;Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user experience (UX) design, and visual design (UI);Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions;Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.What We OfferA dynamic and collaborative work environment;Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development;A competitive salary and benefits package;The chance to work on exciting projects that make a real impact.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and want to join a talented team of designers, please submit your application.
