Solution Architect/Pre Sales Architect

Come to one of the biggest IT Services companies in the worldHere you can transform your careerWhy to join TCS?Here at TCS we believe that people make the difference, that's why we live a culture of unlimited learning full of opportunities for improvement and mutual development.The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are Seeking a " Solution Architect/Pre Sales Architect" to build, optimize, and maintain the modern data platform within a cloud environment.Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new opportunities through working with leads and account leadership and create technical solutions and value propositions by collaborating with expert pool/horizontal solution team.Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to bid submission and post-submission clarifications.Understand and Document Client Problems and provide IT solutions to address them Drive proactive proposals by working with clients and account teams Drive the contract preparation process from strategy discussions through contract preparation and negotiations.Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and define bid strategy in alignment with sales, expert pool/horizontal solution team, and delivery stakeholders.Articulate the differentiators and value of the service line to client stakeholders.Coordinate internal and external contributors (Pre-Sales from other segments, Expert Pool, Legal, Delivery, Finance, Partners, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal delivery.Develop bid plans, schedules, and compliance matrices to manage tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities.Facilitate value proposition development and ensure the proposal clearly articulates benefits, differentiators, and business impact.Lead internal governance and approvals, including pricing reviews, risk assessments, and executive summaries.Conduct post-bid reviews (win/loss analysis) and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in the bid process.Experience in solution design, bid/proposal management, sales support, or pre-sales roles.Experience in managed services with exposure to emerging tech and AMS (Application Managed Services, CI/CD, SRE) Must have experience in either of these – 1) Cloud ( any of them - Azure, AWS, Google, Oracle ) or2) Data & Analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.(Additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and c ollaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).Nice to have – Experience in AI, Gen AI, ML (MS Co-pilot, Google Gemini, Open AI, LLM ), legacy modernization, customer experience and digital transformation Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field.Master's degree is a plus.What can you expect from us?• Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.• Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.What do we offer?TCS Benefits – Brazil: Health insurance Dental Plan Life insurance Transportation vouchers Meal/Food Voucher Childcare assistance Gympass TCS Cares – free **** that provides psychological assistance (24 hrs/day), legal, social and financial assistance to associates Partnership with SESC Reimbursement of Certifications Free TCS Learning Portal – Online courses and live training International experience opportunity Discount Partnership with Universities and Language Schools Bring Your Buddy – By referring people you become eligible to receive a bonus for each hire TCS Gems – Recognition for performance Xcelerate – Free Mentoring Career Platform At TATA Consultancy Services we promote an inclusive culture, we always work for equity.This applies to Gender, People with Disabilities, LGBTQIA+, Religion, Race, Ethnicity.All our opportunities are based on these principles.We think of different actions of inclusion and social responsibility, in order to build a TCS that respects individuality.Come to be a TCSer#Buildingonbelief ID: ********
