TasksAs a Staff Fullstack Engineer you will:Architect and maintain a scalable, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure using AWS or GCPDevelop and document secure REST/GraphQL APIs for core services, data flows, and partner integrationsBuild a design system and reusable frontend components for patients, clinicians, and adminsLead deployment and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-codeDesign and integrate GenAI models for molecular interpretation, health education, and clinical triageTranslate complex biological and clinical insights into elegant, accessible visualizationsCollaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and clinical stakeholders to align on user needs and prioritiesEstablish engineering best practices and mentor future team members as the team growsRequirementsYou'll be a great fit if you have:At least 6 years of experience as a fullstack engineerDirect experience in HIPAA environments, healthcare, LIMS, wellness, or telehealthProficiency in React, TypeScript, and (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI), with SQL database experienceStrong experience designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), including DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoringHands-on experience with authentication/authorization systems (Auth0, Firebase) and familiarity with HIPAA/SOC2 compliance best practicesExposure to AI/ML/LLM pipelines (building in-house or integrating APIs like OpenAI, LangChain)A proven track record of shipping secure, scalable, and elegant products from the ground up Bonus points if you:Have experience on consumer-facing platforms in regulated or clinical environmentsBring personal passion for women's health, chronic conditions, or fertility careBenefitsAnnual salary $90,000 to $120,000 USDHead Count:1 - 10Remote Style 100% RemotePaid time-off (days): Unlimited
