Retail Operations Manager

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for talents for the position of Retail Operations Specialist / Junior Retail Manager to join our retail operations team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee end-to-end retail store operations, ensuring consistent store image, visual merchandising, and sales execution.Manage inventory planning and replenishment to ensure availability, stock control, and operational efficiency.Support store expansion, optimization, and channel efficiency initiatives.Resolve store-level operational issues, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with Store Operating Procedures (SOPs).Lead and manage store teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and motivation.Define sales targets, monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare operational and business reports.Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Experience in chain retail or consumer electronics, with multi-store or regional exposure (preferred).Strong leadership, people management, and field force coordination skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with strong cross-functional collaboration.Solid business acumen with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.Proven capability in retail operations, store performance management, and sales analysis.High execution mindset, resilience under pressure, and continuous improvement focus.Strong customer-centric orientation.Education/ Academic Background Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store operations or related roles, with at least 2 year in a leadership or managerial position.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.Advanced English proficiency.
