CRM Engineer – Integration & Automation (Contractor)Schedule:40 hours per week – RemoteAbout the RoleOur cliente is looking for aCRM Engineerto join ourIntegration & Automation team , responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integrations and automation solutions across business systems.This role requires a professional with solid hands-on engineering experience — someone who can go beyond configuration and actively build, integrate, and optimize workflows across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain integrations betweenSalesforceand other enterprise systems (including NetSuite and marketing automation platforms).Build automation solutions leveragingWorkato ,MuleSoft , and custom code (Node.js, JavaScript).Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Support, Finance) to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.Develop APIs and workflows that enhance data flow and system interoperability.Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure consistent system performance and scalability.Follow best practices in source control, deployment, and DevOps methodologies for CRM and automation systems.Required Technical SkillsSalesforce (Sales, Service, or CPQ modules)– CPQ experience preferred but not mandatory.Workato (highly preferred)orMuleSoftfor system integration and automation.Node.jsandJavaScript– strong hands-on experience required.NetSuite(from an integration perspective).Familiarity withREST APIs ,OAuth , andSSO .Experience with "drag-and-drop" style integration builders.Preferred ExperienceExperience developing or supportingSalesforce automation(Apex, Triggers, LWC).Familiarity withHeroku ,Python , ormicroservice architectures .Exposure toDevOps ,Git branching , andAgile methodologies .Experience withSalesforce frameworkslike CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Einstein.Solid understanding of data flows, declarative automation vs. custom development, and integration best practices.Ideal ProfileStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.Proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Focused on delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable integration solutions.
