About us OPPO was founded in **** and is one of the global leaders in smart device innovation.OPPO's footprint extends to more than 70 countries and regions, with over 300,000 sales outlets and 3,300 official service centers, where it employs more than 40,000 people dedicated to creating a better life for customers around the world through smarter products and services.We are looking for experienced talents to join us on this exciting journeyResponsibilities Supplier Management Take on the procurement needs of materials (such as administrative supplies, warehousing logistics, service procurement, etc.), actively search for, evaluate, and screen potential suppliers and maintain a supplier database.Procurement Execution Develop detailed procurement plans based on the company's business needs, arrange the procurement schedule reasonably to ensure the timely, high-quality, and sufficient supply of materials, and avoid inventory overstock or stockouts.Monitor the execution of procurement orders, communicate and coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal departments in a timely manner, resolve any abnormal situations that arise during the procurement process.Be responsible for the acceptance of procurement materials, assist the demand personnel in verifying the quantity, specifications, quality, and other information of the goods to ensure that the warehoused materials meet the requirements, and handle the return and replacement procedures for non-conforming goods in a timely manner.Cost Control Keep track of the procurement cost levels of similar products in the industry through market research, inquiries, and price comparisons, and provide data support for the company's procurement decisions.Information Management Organize and file procurement contracts, invoices, acceptance documents, and other relevant procurement documents to ensure the completeness and accuracy of procurement records for easy reference and auditing.Be proficient in using the procurement system to conduct work, update the data in the procurement system in a timely manner, including supplier information, procurement order status, inventory dynamics, etc., and provide accurate procurement data reports for the company to make scientific and rational decisions.Other Work Assist the superior in completing other tasks related to procurement.Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, major.Advanced chinese and portuguese are mandatory.It would be better if you could speak English too.Good communication skills.Be able to complete tasks on time and ensure work quality.Be able to work under pressure.Note: Please submit your CV in English.
