Job OverviewThe Cost Planning Supervisor plays a vital role in driving business efficiency and success by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cost Planning Supervisor with a strong background in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain effective cost-planning strategies that align with our business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesCost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis across departments to identify areas of improvement and forecast future trends.Budget Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to propose actionable cost-reduction strategies and monitor budget execution.Strategic Planning: Align strategic plans with company goals and adapt based on market insights to ensure long-term sustainability.KPI Management: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support team performance and continuous improvement.Training and Development: Design and implement tailored training programs to enhance team skills and promote a collaborative culture.Communication: Foster effective communication across departments to ensure seamless project execution.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and maintain organized documentation for informed decision-making.Project Leadership: Lead project execution from planning to evaluation, ensuring efficiency and impact.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.Postgraduate Qualification: Postgraduate qualification in Financial Management or Industrial Administration is highly desirable.Industry Experience: Solid experience in a similar industry with strong hands-on field exposure.Team Management: Previous experience managing teams to drive results and growth.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and solid experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.Statistical Methods: Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in business analysis.Communication Skills: Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.What We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment.
