Job ProfileWe are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Manager to join our team.
This key role will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our operations in Brazil, including daily accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in local manufacturing companies in Brazil.
They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Chinese, English, and Portuguese.Key ResponsibilitiesManage financial operations, including daily accounting, invoicing, and tax compliance.Prepare and submit financial reports, including monthly and yearly statements, as required by local standards and group headquarters.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations.Supervise daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and suggest rectifications.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, finance-related majors.More than 5 years of financial work experience, including over 3 years in local manufacturing companies in Brazil.Familiarity with local accounting policies, taxation, and trade regulations.Fluency in Chinese, English, and Portuguese.Team management experience with more than 3 people.Preferred QualificationsCPA, CMA, or EA certificates.Experience in global financial management of Chinese-funded enterprises.
