Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist to lead our email marketing strategies and drive business results.This role involves creating and maintaining effective email marketing campaigns for top clients, including crafting email strategies, automations, and flows.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing trends and be able to report and identify ROI.The Email Marketing Coordinator will also develop and implement email automation, creating trigger email programs that react to the customer lifecycle and maximize sales.The key responsibilities include:Create automated brand awareness, add to cart, and post-purchase email flowsUnderstanding campaign objectivesSetting reasonable objectives and campaign goalsEnsuring that the finished project meets campaign goals while exceeding industry best practicesTracking important email metrics and performance data (e.g., conversion rates, click-through rates, and open rates)Suggesting recommendations for increased performanceTo be successful in this position, candidates should have 1-2+ years of Email Marketing and Deliverability experience, or ISP/ESP industry experience.Candidates should be familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices of the email industry.
