Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to collaborate with our creative team and produce performance-driven videos for direct-response strategy.Your role will involve editing impactful short-form ads and/or long-form Video Sales Letters (VSLs) that engage audiences and convert.Responsibilities:Edit engaging video content aligned to our direct-response strategyCollaborate with copy, design, and media buying teams to develop concepts that test well and scaleMaintain brand consistency across deliverablesManage timelines, communicate progress, and deliver files ready for launchRequirements:Demonstrated success in video editing for e-commerce or direct-response brandsStrong reel/portfolio and links to your best VSLs (if you specialize in VSLs)Speed, reliability, and attention to detail under tight deadlinesClear, proactive communication and collaborative mindsetFamiliarity with storytelling principles and creative testingThe ideal candidate will have a portfolio that showcases their ability to create impactful video content.If you have experience working with hooks, pattern interrupts, and A/B iteration, we encourage you to apply.
