Logistics Expert Support SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Expert Support Specialist to provide expert-level support, manage incidents, and deliver enhancements for our SAP LES modules and integrated logistics processes.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2/3 functional support for SAP LES modules and integrated logistics processes.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to shipping, transportation, warehouse execution, picking/packing, delivery processing, and goods movement.Analyze root causes, propose corrective actions, and ensure long-term system stability.Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/development) for debugging, fixes, and enhancements.Gather business requirements for enhancements and new functional requests.Design, configure, and implement SAP LES enhancements aligned with business needs.Support regression testing, integration testing, and UAT for deployments.Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and operational efficiency.Work closely with business users in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain.Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and provide user guidance/documentation.Communicate clearly with stakeholders about status, timelines, and technical solutions.About the Role:This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex logistics issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration with technical teams and business users.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP LES modules and integrated logistics processes.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment.
