The opportunity to make an impact is massive.Why this role is perfect for youThis is your opportunity to architect and build the data infrastructure for a revolutionary healthcare AI platform — from the ground up.You'll have unprecedented autonomy to shape how we process, analyze, and leverage healthcare data at scale.This is not just another data engineering role — you're building the nervous system of a platform that will transform healthcare revenue management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative AI-driven solutions for healthcare revenue cycle managementBuild and maintain scalable infrastructure for processing clinical and billing dataCollaborate with a small, high-caliber team to bring new products to marketFocus on improving our user experience, collaborating with designers to implement intuitive interfaces and finding creative ways to reduce user pain points.Ensure the quality of our products remains high by contributing to automated testing strategies and participating actively in code reviews.Contribute to engineering best practices, identifying and driving improvements in our processes, architecture, and technology stack.Efficiently iterate from hypothesis to MVP to scaled solutions, driving software development across profiles, rankings, tools, and data pipelines.Required SkillsStrong background with and React; Experience with at least one backend language: Go or Python.Hands-on experience building complex frontend applications; Strong background leading a frontend chapter or equivalent, making key decisions that shaped the discipline; Strong understanding of frontend architecture; Experience with CI/CD processes, A/B testing, and rendering strategies; Knowledge of caching mechanisms and CDN usage;Knowledge of frontend observability.
