We're looking for a Smartsheet Developer with hands-on experience in managing complex Smartsheet environments, including Control Center deployment, workflow automation, and dashboard/reporting enhancements.This role supports internal platforms used in legal, biotech, and operational contexts.The ideal candidate will build scalable, user-friendly solutions using Smartsheet, manage large data sets and formulas, and integrate with third-party tools via API or middleware.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance Smartsheet solutions, including sheets, reports, dashboards, and formsManage and deploy Control Center, including Global Updates, Blueprint Templates, and project provisioningBuild complex databases within Smartsheet, using advanced formulas and data structuresCreate automations for business processes and ensure smooth collaboration with non-technical stakeholdersDesign and maintain dashboards with dynamic charting and real-time reporting featuresIntegrate Smartsheet with external tools using KingswaySoft, Power Automate, or similar platformsSupport data flows between Smartsheet and structured/semantic databases (SQL, RDF, etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to ensure smooth delivery of workflow and data solutionsRequirements2+ years of hands-on Smartsheet development experienceProven experience with Smartsheet Control Center (project provisioning, blueprint templates, global updates)Strong command of Smartsheet formulas, automations, and dashboardsExperience with integration tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Power Automate, Zapier) and API-based data connectionsSolid programming foundation in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languagesFamiliarity with SQL, NoSQL, or semantic data modelsStrong English communication skills (B2 or higher)Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional teamsNice to haveExperience in biotech/pharma, legal tech, or project portfolio managementFamiliarity with Smartsheet Bridge or DataMeshBackground in web development (Flutter, React)Understanding of data visualization best practicesSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-18808-Ljbffr
