In this role, you'll guide a tight-knit group of Salesforce developers and QA engineers as you design, build, and deliver the next evolution of Greenbox's Salesforce-powered MCA platform. This is a hands-on leadership role combining Salesforce development, architecture ownership, and people leadership for a small team.

What You'll DoLeadership & ManagementManage a small team of Salesforce developers, QA engineers, and administrators, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedbackDefine and enforce development standards, coding conventions, and review processes to maintain a consistent, high-quality codebaseOwn team performance metrics, including velocity, quality, and release predictabilityPartner with product and technology leadership to prioritize and plan work aligned to business goalsBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the teamTechnical OwnershipLead the architecture, design, and implementation of enhancements to Greenbox's custom Salesforce platform for MCA loan origination, underwriting, and servicingServe as a technical contributor in complex design and coding efforts (Apex, LWC, and API integrations)Oversee system stability, data integrity, and performance tuning, ensuring uptime and scalability for mission-critical workflowsPartner with architects and DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensure high test coverage, and enforce deployment validation standardsDrive adoption of best practices for automated testing, version control, and secure, compliant developmentCross-functional CollaborationWork with business stakeholders to translate fintech and MCA requirements into scalable technical solutionsCollaborate with Data and Platform Engineering teams to ensure consistent integration patterns between Salesforce, Fundingo, and external systems (banking, payment, and document services)Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents, root-cause analysis, and production troubleshootingYou're a Strong Fit If YouDemonstrate the ability to lead teams through technical change, coach engineers, and manage delivery timelinesHave high emotional intelligence and proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams in a remote environmentHave strong interpersonal and communication skills (English), with the ability to engage both technical and business audiencesFoster autonomy and high performance within the team while maintaining technical rigorWhat You've Done BeforeBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required7 + years of Salesforce development and administration experience, including 2+ years leading or managing an engineering teamStrong understanding of Salesforce data architecture for lending and financial workflows (loans, renewals, underwriting, collections)Proven success in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience)Deep understanding of MCA or alternative lending operations.

Experience
