Senior Machine Learning Engineer RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning solutions.The ideal candidate will work closely with Product and Engineering partners to deliver impactful results.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning solutions to drive business growth.Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code that meets industry standards.Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.Evaluate and apply state-of-the-art machine learning methodologies and frameworks to develop robust models.Influence technical direction and take ownership of key components of systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions and deployable products.Mentor junior team members to establish domain expertise and drive knowledge sharing.Requirements:5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.Masters Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.3+ years of experience in building, deploying, and managing machine learning and deep learning models in production environments at scale.Deep understanding of machine learning best practices, algorithms, and experiment design.Experience in at least one of these domains: price estimation, personalization, recommender systems, computer vision, fraud detection, and authentication.Extensive experience with scientific libraries in Python (numpy, pandas) and machine learning tools and frameworks (Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch).Strong data engineering skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.Experience with big data tools (Apache Beam, Apache Kafka, Spark) and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).Preferred Requirements:PhD preferred (Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field).Background in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems in the retail sector.Familiarity with MLOps tools and pipelines.Impact-focused and passionate about delivering high-quality models.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
