We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee accounting and financial operations across our group.This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing strong controls, and supporting decision-making with timely analysis.You'll work closely with the leadership team to manage budgets, streamline processes, and provide insights that improve profitability.This is a hands-on position where you'll both manage the numbers day-to-day and help design the systems that will carry our organization forward.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgerPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage cash flow, forecasts to support organizational growthEnsure compliance with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirementsImplement and improve accounting systems, policies, and proceduresPartner with operations leadership to track performance and profitabilityProvide detailed financial analysis and reporting to guide business decisionsRequirementsCareful attention to detail and accuracy in financial workStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentA proactive mindset—able to spot issues early and propose solutionsClear communicator, both written and spokenStrong knowledge of accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar)Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reportingCollaborative approach to working with teamsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAt least 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting/financeStrong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with GAAP or IFRS reporting standardsAdvanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and reportingPreferredCPA license or progress toward CPA certificationExperience working with companies, subsidiaries, or international operationsGrowth PotentialThis role offers the opportunity to shape the financial foundation of our organization.As we expand, this individual will play a key role in building out the finance function.
