Our organization is seeking a seasoned backend developer to contribute to the growth of our product.We're building an innovative data collection pipeline on AWS using Go and Typescript, focusing on quality, accessibility, and scalability.Our lead generator platform is designed for customer-facing needs, with a Typescript and GraphQL based web application deployed on AWS.As a Senior Backend (Typescript) Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our data processing pipeline, creating and reviewing processes for speed and cost efficiency, integrating data pipeline steps, and optimizing the product for continuous scalability.Quality assurance of the data pipelineProcess creation and review for efficiencyIntegrated data pipeline stepsScalable product optimizationOngoing process improvementYou'll collaborate with frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer to meet aggressive development timelines and own complex tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high standards of quality under pressure.Key qualifications include:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldMinimum 5 years relevant experience in Backend Software EngineeringExperience using Typescript for Backend DevelopmentProficiency in EnglishThe successful candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong history of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.We foster innovation and novel approaches while keeping user needs at the forefront.Responsibilities:Data pipeline quality assuranceProcess creation and reviewIntegrated pipeline stepsProduct optimizationOngoing improvementThis role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong passion for software engineering, willing to take ownership and deliver high-impact results quickly.We celebrate teamwork and collaboration, with a focus on quality, problem-solving, and beautiful software.
