Lead Coupa Architect - Source to Pay Maitsys•parnamirim, estado do rio grande do norte, brDescrição da vagaTitle: Lead Coupa Architect – Source to Pay @ Remote, USAPosition Summary:As part of Digital Core Transformation team, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Coupa and surrounding system (SAP S4Hana) capabilities supporting Procurement business processes.We're looking for someone who has experience supporting teams, project management, and values strong vendor partnerships.This is your opportunity to experience working cross-culturally in a global setup with peers, leaders & teams across geographies.You will co-create with technology professionals in a unique environment that fosters and supports original thinking.You'll drive digital solutions that better serve consumers, customers and employees.What's more?You'll be helping to create products that help individuals experience more of what's important to them.Responsibilities for this role include:Lead Solutions Design for Coupa, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for SAP Source to Pay, inclusive of Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management, Materials Management (Direct and Indirect)Participate in gathering and documenting overall business requirements.Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team.Configure and implement Coupa solutions for source to pay processes.Should be able to perform global Coupa configuration, Approval Workflow, Custom field set up for transactions, Chart of account, PO forms, Catalog, Supplier, Item, User setup, Security Roles and Permission as per business requirement.Experience in Coupa Configuration and data loads in Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, invoicing Master data(Supplier, Materials and Accounting data) and Catalog Management.Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy SAP systems for transactional and master data interface in source to pay.Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objectsPrepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholdersOperate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams, add-ons, etc.Advise business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.Create and execute outcome-oriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationshipsQualifications:Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience – in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or with IT ProductMinimum of 5 years' experience working on procurement transformations at an enterprise scaleA degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy.Post graduate diploma/ MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution is preferredMinimum of 7 years configuration experience in Coupa/SAP S4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, Materials ManagementExperience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Finance will be desirableMust have worked in configuration, testing, and implementation of Coupa.Participated in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics led business transformationExperience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement will be desirableCoupa with SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next generation business transformation implementationHigh Learning Agility with outcome-oriented and a transformative mindset bringing forward best in class data, process, and technical designs for purposeExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
