Product Manager – BotCityCompany OverviewBotCity is building the future of automation with its Governance Platform for Python automations and AI agents.The company empowers enterprises to innovate at scale, providing governance, control, and observability for every automation project.BotCity recently raised a $12M Series A led by Four Rivers with participation from Y Combinator, SoftBank, and other top investors.With over 1,000 customers in more than 70 countries—including Bayer and LG—BotCity is recognized by G2 as one of the world's top 25 emerging platforms.The company is a global, remote organization with teams across the U.S. and LATAM, focused on redefining how enterprises build and manage automation.Role OverviewThe Product Manager will shape the roadmap for BotCity's core automation platform, translating market and user insights into high-impact product initiatives that deliver real value to customers and the business.The role requires a data-driven, experimental mindset, deep customer obsession, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.This position reports directly to the CTO.ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs.Conduct user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and feedback loops to inform product decisions.Analyze and prioritize feature backlog using clear criteria (impact, effort, risk, alignment) and communicate trade-offs.Coordinate end-to-end product sprints from planning to delivery.Write clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; work closely with engineering during design and implementation.Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure intuitive, usable workflows and a delightful user experience.Measure, analyze, and report on product metrics (activation, retention, usage, churn) and use insights to iterate.Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize features.Support product launches through go-to-market strategy, documentation, internal training, and feedback cycles.Drive cross-functional alignment around product priorities and releases across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities; translate insights into roadmap proposals.Maintain product documentation, feature specs, user flows, and decision logs.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.4+ years of Product Development experience with a proven record of shipped features for a SaaS B2B product.Experience in an early-stage, high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in metrics, dashboards, data segmentation, and growth loops.Experience with user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and translating insights into product direction.Technical fluency—ability to understand architecture, APIs, integrations—to partner effectively with engineering.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and lean product practices such as Scrum and Kanban.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, and Slack.Travel availability as needed to support events, visit customers, and meet the team.Fluent in Portuguese and English.Preferred QualificationsMBA or advanced business training.Experience with subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, expansion).Prior experience in automation, integration, or low-code/high-code platforms.Experience with international or cross-market products (e.g., multi-zone, multi-currency).Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, growth metrics, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).#J-*****-Ljbffr
