As a subsidiary of Toyota Industries since 2017, Vanderlande plays a key role in the Toyota Automated Logistics Group, supporting customers worldwide with future-proof automation technologies.High-Level Responsibilities of the role:Operational ExcellencePerforms various local HR-related tasks such as recruitment, administrative duties, employee relations, and compensation & benefits through applicable solutions.Serves as a key contact point for employees and managers to resolve queries and personnel-related challenges, providing guidance on activities and processes within the HR cycle.Responsible for labor relations (LR) and employee relations (ER) activities and resolving related cases.Possesses extensive knowledge of the local labor market and ensures HR Service Delivery complies with local laws and regulations.Maintains local records and ensures that relevant systems and databases are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legislation.Ensures personnel policies and procedures adhere to global and local compliance standards.Provides guidance on self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation to facilitate self-support.Generates operational reports and analyzes data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR service delivery.Continuous ImprovementImplements operational procedures to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement.Collaborates with People Services leads to understand and improve processes, focusing on employee experience and lifecycle events.Monitors service satisfaction levels among HR, business leaders, managers, and employees.Participates in Capability Expert Communities (SME roles) to bring HR perspective into HR capabilities maintenance and enhancement.Contributes to the Local Improvement Committee to drive local service delivery improvements, aligning with global standards.Provides input for the development of innovative people solutions and supports HRBPs with change and communication plans for large-scale initiatives.Acts as an ambassador for HR transformation and the adoption of the HR Service Delivery Model, serving as a role model.RequirementsHigh-level English speaker and native Portuguese proficiency.2-4 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of HR policies, administration, and local legal frameworks.Experience with HR practices in employee relations, talent development, performance management, HR analytics, and compensation & benefits.Proficiency with HR technology and data management tools (e.g., Excel, Workday).
