Since ****, Red Oak Technologies has been a trusted partner in the tech industry, delivering innovative talent solutions that drive progress.We specialize in quickly acquiring and efficiently matching top-tier professional talent with clients in immediate need of highly skilled contract, permanent or project management based resources.Data Analyst, Sales FinanceLocation: LATAM- BRAZIL OR MEXICOHours: 40 hours per weekDuration: 1 year contractAbout the Role and TeamOur Client is seeking a Data Analyst (Contractor) to support the Sales Finance team.This role will help accelerate analysis, reporting, and business insights by partnering closely with the Senior Manager of Sales Finance Analytics.You will work on a mix of ad hoc analysis, deep dive projects, dashboard and BI development, and light data engineering in support of Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering high quality analytical work that helps the company move faster.The ideal candidate has moderate SQL skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.Projects and Initiatives You Will SupportRun ad hoc analysis to answer business questions related to customer behavior, product usage, sales performance, and financial trendsSupport deep dive projects such as weighted pipeline evaluation, consumption reporting, sales attainment analysis, and LTV to CAC modelingBuild and maintain draft BI dashboards in Tableau or similar toolsWrite SQL queries to pull, clean, and transform data in SnowflakeSupport the development of repeatable data models for financial and operational metricsDraft summaries and written analysis that highlight insights and trendsPartner with internal teams to clarify metric definitions and ensure consistency across reportingDocument logic, definitions, and assumptions to support long term reuseYou Will Be a Great Addition to the Team If You HaveMinimum Qualifications:1 to 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related fieldModerate SQL experience with a willingness to learn and improveFamiliarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BIStrong analytical reasoning and the ability to connect data to business conceptsClear written communication skills and the ability to summarize findingsComfortable working independently and managing priorities in an async environmentHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solvingExtra skills that stand out:A builder mentality with interest in creating small tools or solutions to improve workflows.Curiosity and experimentation with AI tools is a plus.Experience working with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, pipeline, product usage, or LTV to CACExperience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehousesExperience supporting finance, revenue, or business operations teamsKnowledge of Python or scripting for data automation is helpful but not requiredFamiliarity with data modeling or ELT conceptsContract StructureRed Oak Technologies is made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and lifestyles.We embrace diversity and invite applications from people of all walks of life.See what it's like to be at the top;connect with one of ourrecruiters and apply today.Let us help you find your next career opportunityJOIN RED OAK TECHNOLOGIESLearn what it's like to be a Red Oak ConsultantRed Oak Five (Core Values): Relationships First | Exceptional Quality and Service | Unwavering Integrity and Trust | Be Easy To Do Business With | Respect Everyone
