Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative content manager to oversee the development and implementation of our College Sports social media strategy.The ideal candidate will be a die-hard College Sports fan with expertise in the field, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and come up with engaging content ideas.Conceptualize and create high-quality content for all of our College Sports social media brands.Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar to drive engagement and growth across our platforms.Maintain quality control of all posts and campaigns to ensure consistency and accuracy.Manage multiple social pages and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resources needed for content creation.Be able to find relevant and timely College Sports information and incorporate it into content.Be able to come up with creative photo poster/video highlight ideas using said information.Be able to write engaging captions for our social media fans.Have general knowledge about College Sports and stay up-to-date on current events.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content.Excellent writing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective features.Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Photoshop) a plus.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.Competitive compensation package.Chance to develop and grow professionally in a supportive and inclusive environment.
