Finance Executive – Treasury- - - - - - - - - - - -KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTSDo you want to be a member of a team to process payment accurately and on time in SAP, responsible for executing day-to-day treasury operations in line with internal procedures and deadlines.
This role ensures accurate and timely reporting, effective cash management, and compliance with financial policies.
The position supports the organization's liquidity, funding, and financial risk management objectives.Are you able to trouble shoot speedily relating to master data, invoices and to work with the business stakeholders (procurement, supply chain dept and sales department),Do you have the enthusiasm to learn on balance sheet reconciliation, external and internal audit activities and to support the month end closure,Ready to take challenge in achieving deadlines,Are you a person who would like to build relationships and networks with all departments inside and outside who interacts with the department,Interested in research and correction of escalated issues and exceptions,Like to be a part of a collaborative team to develop the service provided to the customer inquiries and concernsWilling to come up with ideas to continuously improve the processes,Courageous enough in taking risks and solving problems to provide an outstanding service to internal and business partners.A key player to manage data to complete the processes as well as to initiate the future innovations and decisions,Improve assigned process by using Information Technology,CANDIDATE PROFILEAbility to work in the USA Shift (5.30PM – 2.30AM) is requiredYou are required to interact with other teams for innovative and sustainable strategies in developing in service excellence.
It is total new culture with ownership and leading for excellent carrier with different disciplines of professionalism.Exposure to accounting, finance and commercial experienceSAP experiences (FI, MM)Experience in a global organization (manufacturing and distribution experience would be considered as a major assets)Prior experience in cash management would be an added advantageThe Shared Service Center in Colombo includes over 90 achievers, authentic and industrious people from different backgrounds.
