Job Description:Imagine a workplace that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.At our school, we are revolutionizing education in Brazil and around the world.As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources function and driving culture-building initiatives.Our campus is home to a diverse community of educators, leaders, and support teams who share a passion for excellence, innovation, and humanity.We are now seeking an exceptional Human Resources Coordinator to lead our People & Culture strategy.Required Skills and Qualifications:Lead all HR functions on campus, balancing day-to-day operational excellence with long-term culture and growth goals;Oversee payroll, benefits, time management, union compliance, and all employment-related processes in coordination with external vendors;Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention strategies, aligned with our values;Lead performance management cycles, feedback processes, promotions, and career path design in partnership with school leadership;Act as a trusted advisor to Coordinators and team leads on matters such as employee relations, performance improvement, and people decisions;Design and implement internal policies, documentation, and process improvements for all HR-related workflows;Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding processes with hiring Coordinators, ensuring alignment with campus needs and institutional culture;Ensure accuracy in reporting, KPIs, and dashboards, bringing data-driven insights to leadership;Support the execution of training programs and leadership development initiatives;Be the focal point for all legal, labor, and regulatory HR matters on campus, in collaboration with the Business Unit and legal counsel.Benefits:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;TotalPass;Cartão Swile (Flexível para Alimentação ou Restaurante);Vale Transporte;SESC;Unidade de Emergência Móvel;Seguro de Vida;PLR;Descontos em Farmácias;Parceria com a UniDomBosco;Others:Modalidade de trabalho: Presencial;Here at our school, we believe in empowering our employees to become change-makers in their own journeys.
