With over 1,000 team members around the world, Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteJob Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive rider care strategies and annual plans aligned with the company's business objectives and riders' needs, continuously research industry trends and rider feedback, and constantly optimize care solutions;Design a rider welfare system, plan and organize various rider activities (such as holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building events) to enhance rider cohesion, and collaborate with external partners to provide riders with more value-added services;Conduct data analysis and evaluation: collect and analyze data related to rider care, assess the effectiveness of care measures, and adjust and improve care strategies based on data analysis results. Job requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or related fields.Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to collaborate with different departments and levels.Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, capable of making decisions based on data 3. Responsible and empathetic, with innovative thinking and pioneering spiritAdvanced proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
