Job Role:A multifaceted role that encompasses graphic design, marketing assistance, and video editing.Description:We require a skilled professional to produce ad creative: Design static graphics and short-form video for various platforms; iterate quickly based on performance data.The ideal candidate will have the ability to edit content end-to-end: Cut UGC, before/after, job-site clips; add captions, hooks, overlays, CTAs; ship multiple variations.This role involves building offer/angle packs: Translate roofing value props (financing, storm damage, warranties, same-day inspection) into hooks, headlines, and visuals.We are looking for someone who can launch + maintain assets: Prep export specs, thumbnails, landing page hero graphics, and ad library organization.A key responsibility will be brand standards: Create and maintain lightweight brand kits per client (logos, palettes, typography, truck/crew photos).Creative testing is also essential: Set up A/B creative matrices; document learnings; kill losers, scale winners.Additionally, light marketing ops will involve assisting with ad uploads, naming conventions, UTM hygiene, and creative calendars.Rapidly absorbing what makes roofing ads work: seasonality, storm events, insurance language, compliance is crucial for this position.Responsibilities:Design static graphics and short-form video for various platformsEdit content end-to-end, including cutting UGC and adding captionsTranslate roofing value props into hooks, headlines, and visualsLaunch and maintain assets, including prep of export specs and thumbnailsCreate and maintain brand standards, including logos and palettesSet up A/B creative matrices and document learningsAssist with ad uploads, naming conventions, and UTM hygiene
