This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires officeAon is in the business of better decisionsAt Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeProvide business insights through analytics to focus the sales team on prospects that fit the target customer segment and pursue new business opportunities.Connect and influence individual contributors and leadership teams to drive local/LATAM initiatives.Coach on driving Growth priorities/plays.Lead validation and assignment (inside/pre-sales).
Aligned with growth priorities, responsible for validating sales intent and buyer criteria before assigning the lead to the appropriate sales manager (based on clear lead scoring and MQL-to-SQL criteria).
Deliver sales toolkits to ensure the rigor of the sales process for contacting and converting prospects into customers.Manage and track the Sales Funnel from SQL to closed, won, or unwon.Helping business leaders and their teams develop Aon's competitive positioning for key solutions/priorities alongside insights and marketing growth.How This Opportunity Is DifferentTake advantage of the opportunity to be part of an integrated team, having contact with different internal, multicultural teams and various learning and development possibilities
