Program Coordinator Job DescriptionThe role of a Program Coordinator is to provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty, manage course schedules, and maintain records and databases.Key responsibilities include:Providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, and maintaining records and databases;Acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries;Monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed;Facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries;Planning and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement;Liaising with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery;Maintaining records, reports, and program-related documentation.Required Skills and QualificationsProficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus;Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field;1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education;Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively;Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies;Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.BenefitsWorking in a dynamic international environment with exciting opportunities for professional growth and development.Next StepsApplication assessment followed by preliminary and second-round interviews.
