RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical Recruiter Intern to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ within the Energy Project Solutions Division.MissionSupporting our Technical Recruiters team in the recruitment and selection of Energy projects in the RINA Brazil.
#LI-AM2Key Accountabilities
Providing assistance in the search (hunting) for candidates who match the profiles of our clients' or projects' vacancies.
Assisting in scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
When necessary, attending/participating in interviews with pre-screened candidates.
Conducting low-complexity selection processes as needed.
Qualifications
Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week
Students of Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent with graduation by July/2027;
Ideally intermediate to advanced English;
Spanish is a plus;
Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge; Competencies
