Lead Software EngineerSão Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, BrazilDescrição da vagaLead Software Engineer We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead and manage our growing tech team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep technical expertise and strong experience managing teams and delivering high-quality software.You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring smooth execution across backend, frontend, and AI teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a tech team of 2 Backend Engineers, 2 Frontend Engineers, and 2 AI EngineersOwn the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deploymentAct as a hands-on technical leader (coding, code reviews, architecture decisions)Solve complex technical challenges and unblock the teamEnsure tasks are delivered on time, with high quality and scalabilityImprove engineering processes, standards, and best practicesRequirements8+ years of professional software development experienceStrong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) and Python (must-have)Proven experience leading and managing engineering teamsStrong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and scalable architecturesExperience working with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or AzureDigitalOceanDeep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsNice to haveExperience working with AI / ML engineers and AI-powered systemsExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelinesStartup or fast-paced product development experienceWhat we offerLeadership role with high ownership and impactOpportunity to shape the technical direction of the productCompetitive compensation (based on experience)Flexible and collaborative work environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
