Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical expert to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technology and be able to provide guidance and support to customers throughout their SAP journey.The Technical Expert Advisor will play a key role in leading technical discussions, managing escalations, and ensuring seamless delivery of ECS services.They will also be responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA conversions, migrations, and upgrades with deep technical expertise.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.They will also have a strong understanding of SAP RISE Migration and Enterprise Cloud Services, as well as certifications in SAP Migration or Upgrade (ZDO method).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance and support to customers throughout their SAP journeyLead technical discussions and manage escalationsSupport SAP S/4HANA conversions, migrations, and upgrades with deep technical expertiseCollaborate with Client Delivery Managers, Product Leads, and Architects to shape long-term service plansDrive innovation adoption, capacity planning, and landscape optimizationRequirements and QualificationsExperience in SAP Basis infrastructureHands-on experience in SAP Migration and/or Upgrade projectsKnowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)Experience with SAP RISE Migration and Enterprise Cloud Services is a plusCertifications in SAP Migration or Upgrade (ZDO method) are highly valuedStrong problem-solving mindset with a focus on preventing downtimeAdvanced English language skills
