ACADEMIC FORMATIONUndergraduate degree with work experience in project management and change management methodologies and techniquesEnglish Intermediate levelContract Duration: 3.5 monthsContract Type: Independent contractor (CNPJ)Compensation Scheme: Monthly professional service feesJOB EXPERIENCEBasic qualifications4-6 years of Project Management experienceExposure to financial institutions, payments, and/or consultanciesExperience managing clients or internal stakeholdersLogical, structured thinkingAdvanced Word, Excel, and Power Point skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needsAbility to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basisPreferred qualificationsExperience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' businessExperience coaching junior consultantsHave completed or interested in pursuing recognized professional accreditation, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)Knowledge of Project Management toolsExposure to payments and/or retail banking or merchantsMBA or master's degree with relevant specialization (not required)JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Associate Managing Consultant – Program Management will be responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. combine traditional management consulting with rich data assets and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Our teams work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.Lead clients through business transformations by implementing strategically assets and services to bring value and drive growth. They serve as the Center of Engagement across all stakeholders within the client's organization.MAIN RESPONSABILITIESYou will manage multiple projects within a portfolio, providing efficient and effective coordination of a complex range of activities by clearly defining project team and stakeholder roles and responsibilities that are aligned with the delivery of the expected benefits. You will ensure effective identification of risks and pro-active solutioning to mitigate risks and impact on timelines.Client ImpactManage deliverable development and workstreams on multiple large, complex high-value projects across a range of industries, problem statements, and culturesUtilize proven, accredited project and change management methodologies and techniques to help clients drive measurable valueDefine scope, timelines, and budget and perform cost, benefit, and risk analysesReport on issues, risks, progress, and timelines and summarize effectively, offering analysis, options, and credible solutionsManage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partnerTeam Collaboration & CultureDevelop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentationsPlan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project team members to address client problemsLead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project managementGrow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior team members
