Invenergy drives innovation in energy.Powered by decades of entrepreneurial experience and unparalleled execution, we solve the energy challenges facing our customers and communities.We provide power generation and storage solutions at scale around the world to create a cleaner energy future.We develop.We build.We own.We operate.We are Invenergy.Job DescriptionAs a Wind Technician I, you will support the safe and efficient execution of field activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and technical standards.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and technical standards, following established guidelines and contributing to safe field operationsConduct safety inspections and proactively report any risks or non-conformities, following established proceduresActively participate in safety dialogues and record at least two monthly observations in Intelex, with support from the technical teamPerform preventive and corrective maintenance under supervision, according to instructions receivedAssist and support commissioning processes and major component replacementsMaintain work area organization and contribute to the continuous application of 5S principlesAccurately record activities performed in forms or systems, as instructedTake care of tools, PPE, and materials provided, ensuring proper useCollaborate with more experienced technicians, seeking continuous learning and technical developmentDemonstrate collaborative behavior, respecting leadership and contributing to a positive work environmentAssist in onboarding new team members by providing basic guidance under supervisionRequired SkillsMinimum age of 18At least 1 year of experience working with wind turbinesCompleted technical training in electrical, mechanical, or related fields, with active CFT registrationStrong communication skillsAvailability to work at heights, under adverse weather conditions, and in high-pressure environmentsValid National Driver's License (CNH) category BAbility to work in a team, follow instructions, and demonstrate operational disciplinePreferred SkillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with different wind turbine platformsBasic English proficiencyMilitary experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
