Senior Product VisionaryWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Visionary to spearhead the development of our digital products.As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and owning the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across internal initiatives and client-facing projects.You will lead product discovery processes, including market/user research, competitor analysis, and validation.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences.Translate client needs and business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.Drive agile product development cycles, managing priorities, timelines, and quality standards.Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making.Build and scale a high-performing product team, including product managers, analysts, and/or coordinators.Continuously improve product development processes, tools, and team collaboration.Represent the product function in strategic discussions with leadership and clients.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:Full professional proficiency in English;10+ years of experience in digital product management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-product role;Proven success leading cross-functional product teams from discovery through delivery;Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a user- and data-driven mindset;Experience working with design- and UX-led products or agencies;Familiarity with agile methodologies, product management tools, and product analytics platforms;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with clients.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will also possess:Experience working in or with SaaS startups;Background in design, UX, or technology is a strong plus;Experience managing a team of 5+ product professionals or coordinating multiple product tracks simultaneously;Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools and rapid prototyping methods.About UsOur company specializes in delivering high-quality UI/UX and branding solutions for early-stage SaaS startups based in the United States.We are committed to transforming complex business ideas into elegant, user-centric digital experiences.With a strong emphasis on design excellence, innovation, and client collaboration, we help fast-growing companies establish strong visual identities and seamless digital products.
