Job TitleA high-performing developer is sought after to work on private cloud applications, utilizing Python as the primary programming language.\Key Responsibilities:Design and implement high-performance cloud technologies using Python.Create high-quality solutions and code that meet industry standards.Implement unit tests to enhance the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Investigate and resolve issues reported during testing and customer integration.Collaborate with a team of experts focused on containerization, virtualization, and fault-tolerant/carrier-grade development.\Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong backend development skills in Python, with knowledge of Linux Essentials.Moderate understanding of hardware, processes, programs, and Linux Operating System components.Ability to work on the command line and with files.Experience with creating and restoring compressed backups and archives.Knowledge of system security, including users/groups and file permissions for public and private directories.Basic scripting skills.Interest in developing and troubleshooting a highly distributed orchestration platform supporting multiple vendors.Strong computer networking knowledge and transport layers.Familiarity with cloud computing concepts.Experience working with remote teams and time zones, as well as collaborating with Senior Technical Leaders.Experience with GIT, Jira, Gitlab, and code review tools.Container technology experience (e.g., Docker, Linux Containers).Kubernetes Cluster Administration experience (designing infrastructure involving one or more Kubernetes clusters, configuring, controlling, and monitoring Kubernetes clusters).Docker and Helm experience.\Benefits and Working Conditions:Flexible work environment and remote collaboration options.Opportunity to work with a global team of experts.
