Product ResearcherThe ideal candidate will bridge the gap between market needs and user expectations, analyzing data to inform product development decisions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to identify trends and user preferencesGather and analyze user insights through interviews, field visits, and performance reportsPrepare comprehensive field reports to support strategic decisions in product development and market positioningResearch target user groups, identify key market opportunities, and map user needs across regionsPose actionable recommendations and support their implementation in product planning processesValidate product concepts by conducting user visits and generating optimization proposalsMonitor product performance and provide feedback for continuous improvementPromote ongoing optimization of product quality and cost ensuring reliability, market competitiveness, and user satisfactionCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure product alignment with market demandsConsolidate research findings into management reports supporting strategic planning and portfolio decisionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience in product research or market intelligenceStrong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insightsExperience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or data visualization platformsFluency in English required; Spanish is a strong plus
