Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Service Cloud and Customer Community (Experience Cloud) implementations.Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and SOQL.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and support teams to understand business goals and objectives.Design and develop scalable Service Cloud features, including case management, service console, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing.Implement and enhance Customer Community portals to improve self-service capabilities, user engagement, and customer experience.Partner with developers and project managers on the Business Systems team to deliver high-impact initiatives.Build and enhance revenue attribution, pipeline automation, and approval workflows.BenefitsContribute to the long-term strategic roadmap for Salesforce architecture and implementation.Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code with strong unit test coverage.Manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment while delivering impactful solutions.
