This role is key to ensuring a seamless transition into new systems that maximize efficiency.
We are seeking a people-oriented leader(empathetic, supportive, and nurturing) who can guide employees at all levels to adapt to and embrace change with confidence.Duration: 9 months Responsibilities:Plan, implement and supervise organisational changesPerform key roles in the change management process, which include strategizing to reduce expenses, boost revenue and amplify efficiency.Continuously evaluate every step of the change processes and protocols of the proposed changes and find solutions to bridge the gaps in these systemsEnsure that the training plans guarantee a smooth transition into the new strategyAs a change management lead, track the progress of the new changes and report them to senior business heads and stakeholders.Deal with resistance from employees and staff members by anticipating the tension while developing the proposed changes.Required Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field of studyEnglish Advanced (B2-C1)+8 years of experiencePrior experience working as a change manager or in a similar role is required.Proficiency in change management practices, principles, frameworks, and tools.Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.Preferred skills and qualificationsMaster's degree in human resources, business administration or a similar fieldIntermediate Spanish proficiency (highly desirable).
CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certificationExperience in monitoring change management protocols, from start to finish.Hands-on experience in leading implementation projects from planning to execution.Nice to have- Experience with Kronos.
