Lead Software ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Architect to oversee the development of cutting-edge technology solutions.As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex software systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 7 years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C#/.NET.They should also have experience building Microsoft Office integrations, working with enterprise authentication systems, email protocols, and installer/deployment technologies, as well as cloud integration experience and Office 365 / Microsoft 365 add-in development.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed teamLead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customersConduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planningMentor engineers and provide coaching and support for professional growthRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 7 years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C#/.NETExperience building Microsoft Office integrationsWorking knowledge of enterprise authentication systems, email protocols, and installer/deployment technologiesCloud integration experience and Office 365 / Microsoft 365 add-in developmentBenefits:We offer a competitive salary, 100% remote work, paid time off, national holidays celebrated, sick leave, refundable annual credit, team-building activities, birthday day off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
