At the heart of business operations, we have a crucial need for data analysis and strategic decision-making.The role of Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal part in this process.Role OverviewThis position involves taking raw information and transforming it into meaningful narratives that inform business decisions.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and query data sources effectively.Cleanse and massage data into required formats, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards that cater to stakeholder requirements.Present finished products and gather feedback from stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to relevant platforms and develop reports according to specifications.Conduct technical training and maintain operational environments to ensure optimal performance.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, analyzing and visualizing complex data sets.Proficiency in Tableau administration and licensing expertise, along with 1 year of hands-on experience using the platform.Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Superior organizational skills and a disciplined approach to implementation and documentation.Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and SQL Server database architecture is highly valued.
