Job OverviewWe're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Clinical Data Science Programmer.In this role, you'll play a critical part in developing programming solutions for clinical trials.Key Responsibilities:Develop, validate, and maintain programming solutions for data management systems, ensuring seamless integration into the overall data process.Collaborate with data managers, project managers, clinical data scientists, and biostatisticians to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Serve as the primary point of contact for system programming-related questions, providing expert guidance and support.Support colleagues with clinical trials environment and concepts of Clinical Data Management Systems.Perform extracts of data from CDMS and creation of data transfer programs.Mentor junior programmers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements to technical systems and processes within an SME role.Advise on programming best practices, coding standards, and data quality control measures.Stay up-to-date on advancements in programming languages and data management tools to enhance operational efficiencies.Requirements:Strong programming skills, with expertise in clinical data management systems.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.Able to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.Familiarity with data management systems, including CDMS and EDC.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and development, with mentorship and training.A competitive compensation package, with benefits and perks.The chance to work on challenging projects, with a focus on innovation and excellence.How to Apply:If you're a motivated and talented professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
