We're looking for people who are curious, hands-on, and driven by impact — who want to solve real problems, work with strong teams, and rethink what's possible.If you're ready to do your best work, at scale, with purpose — this is your place.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of business KPIs and analyze product and user behavior trends to inform strategic decisions.Lead the design and evolution of scalable, high-performance analytical data models and architecture.Develop strategic dashboards and analytical layers that support decision-making across multiple business areas.Act as a data partner to key departments, helping define KPIs and drive advanced, data-informed analysis.Ensure governance, standardization, and integration of analytics solutions within existing data pipelines.Promote data democratization through self-service tools, automation, and internal capability building.Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Tech teams to connect analytics with digital products and business goals.Mentor the Analytics team, fostering technical growth, methodological rigor, and strong data storytelling.Stay on top of analytics trends and tools to drive continuous innovation.Technical RequirementsDeep expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Solid experience in data modeling (dimensional, Data Vault, semantic layers, etc.)Ability to work with analytics engineering tools such as dbt, Databricks, PySpark, or BigQueryExperience in cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)Strong ability to structure and conduct exploratory analyses with a strategic focus.Bonus PointsPrevious experience with credit or loan products is essentialCompetitive and market-aligned salary.Remote work — wherever you are, you're part of the team
